Everything seemed to fit and the technician/electrician wasted no time. Though it was very hot outside the electrician didn't take a lot of breaks nor idle; even while waiting for Ameren R & R's guy stayed busy at another part of our project. Really dedicated, professional, skillful work. These guys are an A++. Also the necessary County inspection was arranged on a timely basis and went off without a hitch. GO R & R!

Florissant inspector with 20+ years experience told me I needed to get my garage's wiring in order and up to code, and guessed it would take a few hours for a good electrician to do it, and would probably set me back about $400. After a ridiculous "I don't want to do this" quote from another company, I called R&R Electric. They came out a few days later, said it would take one guy a few hours to do it and it would cost around $400 (I never mentioned to him what the inspector had told me it would cost). They did it, and the garage passed inspection. The pro that came out could not have been nicer or more professional. I would not hesitate to call them again.

They did everything well. They replaced my entire electrical system, and it was not easy. They were just really good about it. They showed up when they said they were going to. They finished it in the time frame that they said they would. I had one little problem, that turned out to be my fault, but they came right back and fixed it for me. It was just really good.

I was very happy with the work. The same employee, Dan, did both jobs. He arrived on time, was meticulous in moving furniture, placing drop cloths, and cleaning up when the work was finished. He made certain that I was happy with the fixtures to be used and their placement. Because of one vaulted ceiling and the absence of an attic, I wasn't sure the lights could even be installed, but it was not a problem for him. I would definitely hire this company again.

They had to fish the line behind the wall, between the concrete basement wall and a finished basement wall, from one side of the room across the basement about 10 feet. Several studs there. The workman did an outstanding job. Installation was neat. You would never know it was added. Great Job!!

When I called their office, I explained that I purchased an electric fireplace and was interested in putting a new outlet in the front room so I wouldn't have to worry about overloading the existing circuit that had the tv connected to it. He asked if it was also an heater and I said yes. He agreed that it should have it's own outlet and gave me a price to put the new line in. I told him I had to think about it and then called a couple of other companies to get prices from them (they also advised me to put a separate line in because of the heater) and R and R had the best price by far. I called them back and we set the appointment for the following day. The gentleman arrived on time and promptly started on the job. He was very professional and extremely nice. When he was finished, he cleaned up the small mess from drilling through the floor and wall and was out the door. I am extremely pleased with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone that would need a electrician.

I had called Andy's Handyman Service originally to change the breaker for the a/c and to replace my kitchen fan. I was told I couldn't get Andy to bid until 6/4., as he only bids on Saturdays. This meant a wait of two weeks. But I said ok. Andy came, looked the job over. Said he would e-mail me a bid. Didn't know when he could do it as he had to squeeze it in during other jobs. I received the quote of $367.00. I then proceeded to call R and R Electic. They gave me a service charge estimate and hourly rate They were due to be there 6/7 at noon but called and came at 10am instead. Jeff changed the breaker, explaining all he did. Checked the a/c wiring out. Then he took down the old kitchen fan and put up the new one. Very professional.. The fee was$169.00. Quite a savings for this widowed senior citizen!!!!!

I am happy with them and they have good rates. I liked them. They were punctual. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves and they also had reasonable rates. I would use their services in the future too. In fact, they are coming out tomorrow to do some work for me.

The contractor showed up at 8:30am and began the work immediately, finishing around 1:30pm. He had to leave once to get some switches (which I thought was odd, since they were very basic items), but he returned within the hour. He was flexible in determining where to place the outlets. He did a very good job installing everything (including cutting holes and running wiring), as well as cleaning up afterwards. Very satisfied!

I had used this company before to install my ceiling fan and were so please with their desire to make sure that I was happy and satisfied with the job that I decided to use them again. I called them for a price on putting a GFI outlet into the bathroom and they were able to come out the next day. The tech arrived promptly at the appointed time and took the time to ask where I wanted the outlet in relationship to the wall and vanity. He discussed pros and cons with me and once the decision was made, he went right to work. He cleaned up after himself and was very professional.

Last Saturday I received a very nice apology note with my $65 back. I had sent them a letter stating that it was 2010 and wouldn't you expect a switch to be put in with the installation of a ceiling fan. I had asked the guy if he could attach the existing switch instead of putting in a new switch. He looked at me like I had asked him to chew dog dirt. He said something about the pitch of the roof. I told him that my son had ceiling fans put in and they put in extra switches. He said that maybe it was a better electrician and I almost told him to leave. He did the work and told me that there was a $65 charge for a switch. I asked how he expected me to turn the ceiling fan on and he said I could use the chain. Maybe I didn't ask the right questions when I called in for the bid. I assumed that there would be a switch. He wasn't happy and I wasn't happy. Finally I decided to write a letter and then I got a nice little note. Today they called to see if I had received the check because I had not cashed it yet. Originally the guy that came to do the installation had arrived on time and he looked at my roof. He went up to the attic. I had even gotten my ladder out to be nice. He said that he thought he could do it but there would be a $65 additional charge. He had to put electric in the center of the ceiling for the fan. I am happy that they sent my $65 back and that they followed up to make sure that I was happy. I had told the installer that I was going to use them again for next month. After their follow up I plan to use them again. I really liked they went the extra mile with the follow up.

They did a great job. Very professional. Installation was on time and as quoted. We bought the generator from Ace Hardware, and the combined pricing from Ace, Rand R and Laclede gas who ran the gas line and installed the meter totaled at least $1,200.00 less than the price we had been quoted by other contractors. The mast installation was an add on to correct the work from a prior contractor. Now we are waiting for a power outage. I would use them again without hesitation.

They gave us the estimate two or three months before we got the work done. Then they didn't give us any trouble for the delay in work done. They have done plenty of small jobs for us. They get in and out quickly and I feel they give us the best price possible.
