Excellent. Very professional while on site, excellent at explaining to us. The report was detailed and included diagrams/figures to assist anyone who is implementing recommendations for fixes. Took our phone call 4 months later requesting recommendations for specific companies to do the work, gave a number of recommendations, and some tips on requesting and taking bids.
