Dave Molner had given me a bid on an extensive remodel 2 years ago. I ended up not doing that remodel, but when I decided to update my bathrooms, Dave was who I wanted. He is professional, thorough, easy to work with, communicates well, knows the building business inside and out, and his bid was detailed and reasonable. I felt confident throughout the process that my home was in good hands. The bathrooms had to be done one at a time, so the process took longer than I was hoping, however Dave and his crew were very respectful of my home and my time. Several issues came up during the process due to the age of the house and previous-owner fixes. Dave kept me informed and always gave me options. I am so happy with the results. The bathrooms are beautiful and the house is more sound. Dave will be the first one I call for any future projects.
