Thank you John, Jeff, and Brian's crew for an outstanding job at my house. I am very please with the finished siding, fascia, soffit, and gutters. After going through at least 5 companies, I decided to pick Martin&Sons because John shows me how details and beyond my expectations I am gonna get. I am little OCD in details and I am happy with the finished products. Thank you Jeff for your excellent clean look custom made siding, making my house's number looking great by my garage. Thank you Brian and his crew for courteous and pleasure to work with. Last but not least is I pay nothing upfront until after I am happy with my house. THANK YOU!!!

My family hired Martin & Sons to install fascia, soffit, and siding tor two homes in 2017. We were very pleased with their professionalism and excellent work ethic. That is why we contacted them today because our roof was leaking due to Sunday's storm. I researched BBB and found that they were rated A+. I made a request for an estimate and they respond quickly. They arrived Monday 4/15/2019 afternoon and within about an hour, my leak was fixed. I realize it was not a big job but it was a bright light in my day. Later this week we hope to have them inspect my son's home, after his neighbor's tree is removed from his roof. I definitely recommend Martin & Sons to you because it’s great when you can trust a contractor. It’s a testament to why they are a third-generation family business. Thank you John and Jeff.

Terrible, told they had their own crews but subcontracted out the work. Seams where they weren't need, things off centered, things installed not level, work some days and would not show up other days, damaged lights, downspouts, plant hangars. When the came to fix errors they didn't do that right either.

"Mr. [MNR], I am sorry to read your recent review of our company. I would like to address your concerns as I am a bit confused. As I explained to you, the crew that installed your siding was a recent hire and at the time of your job they had done five previous jobs for us without issue and nothing but positive feedback. We do run our own crews but as our business increases we need to hire new crews. These crews are hired initially as "subcontractors" with the future option to work for us exclusively if all goes well. It might interest you to know that this same crew is still currently working for us. I was aware that we accidentally broke a flood light bulb but we also immediately replaced it. I was also aware that you said we put a quarter sized dent in a downspout and we immediately replaced that as well without hesitation. The other issues you mentioned in your review I was totally unaware of but will be more than happy to address and take care of for you as customer satisfaction is our #1 goal!. The confusing part to me is, our policy is and always has been that we do not require any payment upfront. The Customer pays us on completion and satisfaction of work and we were paid in full by you without any problems. But what's even more confusing, is if you were so unhappy with the installation crew then why did you gift them a case of beer when the job was completed? Sincerely, John Martin"

John kept in constant contact with me. This was a very challenging spring and they had to work around a lot of weather. His team was always positive and respectful of our lives around this project. The product they used is really beautiful and the details all around the house make it really stand out! We have a ranch house and there were lots of detailed cuts to be made. They did it and never complained to me or seemed frustrated with the many details. They were always on time and if they weren't coming the next day until later, they communicated that to me. They cleaned up at the end of each day and over the holiday weekend, they made sure to move everything they could incase we were having company. They even found small issues that they dealt with and didn't even charge me. We had found a hole from a squirrel and they filled it and covered it up. You can't tell it was even there. John has been working for months on trying to get the right door handles and locks to match the holes from our 40 year old doors! It has turned into more work than he expected but he always has a smile on his face and continues to look for the right product!! I really feel like this company went over and above to not only make our home look fabulous but make it as easy an experience as they could!! I really can't say enough nice things except that if you don't talk to them about siding or any job....then you aren't talking with the right company!

Martin and Sons installed vinyl siding on my entire house and porch, also fascia and soffits. They removed the old shutters and installed new ones. Six new vinyl windows were installed on a porch, after they had removed the old wooden windows. In addition they installed 2 casement windows over the kitchen sink. They also took down the old gutters and downspouts and installed new ones, with gutter screens. The men doing the installation were great, they asked my opinion on how I wanted them to do things, and offered options and suggestions on ways to make things better, like putting the downspouts in a different location so the rainwater would drain away from the foundation. They were courteous, friendly, cleaned up the work area every day, and most important, they did a great job. Now my house looks beautiful. Thanks John and Jeff.

They are starting right now and it's wonderful so far. It's been great. They've been professional and they are doing what we had them to do. The people who redid our kitchen did not do that so it's really nice to have people doing what you've paid them to do.

Excellent Excellent Excellent company. John Martin came out and gave me a bid to replace my siding on the whole house. i went with this company based on price and reference that this company does perfectionist work. all the workers were professional and very nice. they all work as a team. Charlie was fabulous. he was very professional but gets down to work right away. the work was done 100% perfect. i was so impressed. i am a perfectionist and have a very hard time finding a contractor that performs to the level of satisfaction that i desire. this company met the mark. i have some strict requirements regarding the house, doors, windows, and deck. these guys were conscientious of each of these requirements and adhered to them all without forgetting. they also did a fabulous job cleaning up after the job was done. i had neighbors come down and tell me how good the siding looked and how great a job they did on it and cleanup. i had gotten other bids before i went with Martin & Sons, and Martin & Sons were under cost for a better product and definitely professional, perfectionist installation. VERY GREAT COMPANY. i will use this company again without even a second thought, that is how great they were.

Wonderful job. Best price. Vinyl siding makes our house look new again. Workers wer on time every morning, cleaned up every day before leaving. Did everyting that was required by contract and more. Two of the crew, Bill & Drew were outstanding. Would definitely recommend this company
