"He fooled me and acted nice. He went down the street and dumped something that was supposed to go to a junk site into somebody's huge trash bag for the sectional he took apart. They were doing construction on their house. We have it on camera. I would never recommend him to anybody. He took the money and ran."

Need better communication prior. Had a trash bin with bags of trash, they said they needed a different bag to haul it- that they could have brought if known. But polite and on time.

Went good cause they did what I asked them to

The gentlemen that showed up were extremely professional and considerate. However the orginal estimate was just over $200 and ended up having to pay just over $800 to haul one couch and one large broken playground set. The differences in price definitely should have been discussed and not just when the job was completed. Not the fault of the two men that showed up but the fault of the individual I spoke to about the orginal quote. I don't think hauling services should cost half of a mortgage. The two gentlemen did work well and quickly but again I've never had to pay this much for a hauling service before. We would have preferred hiring College Hunks which had cleared out my pervious home and have better rates, but they don't service where my mother lives which is what was needed today.

The driver was in the area, only 10 minutes away. Needless to say the job of hauling out 2 large Led TVs a smaller Monitor and an Old Apple Computer with perpherals was done in approximately 15 minutes.
