Contacted Mr. Young to perform services as described. He was always courteous and punctual and called in a friend (on his own dime) to get a second opinion regarding the best way to repair my subflooring. I will definitely use his services again in the future if needed.

He actually was on vacation when we called him, but he took the time to check his voice mail and get back to us while he was out of town. We appreciated that he took time out of his time to call us. We just decided not to do any work, but it had nothing to do with him.

Arrived on time, checked each of the items I needed fixed, made a trip to the hardware store for the supplies he needed, and did the work. He said he was doing the inside work first so he wouldn't track any dirt into the house. Had to make a second trip to stain the deck because rain was predicted. Kept in touch with me regarding when he could finish the job. He did all the items I needed done very efficiently and cleaned up after himself.
