Windows were measured, ordered and then manufactured to order. Takes about 4 weeks to come in, and then install is scheduled. Install date arrived and so did they, on time and ready to go... all windows installed in one day. I have used them three times now and all three took one day with windows totaling 14 to 23. Very good to work with.

The process was smooth and easy. Wayne came out took the measurements & provided us a quote that night. He demonstrated the windows that would be installed. He gave us a timeline and everything was completed on time. His crew was professional, efficient and cleaned up afterwards really well.

Amazing, Tom the owner was great. Very through. Installers Matt and Keith were amazing. Explained everything, showed us how to use the windows, safety locks and tilt in options. Very clean and amazing all around guys. Will be recommending them to everyone I know looking for windows!!

The entire process went quite well: professional, reasonably priced, timely. Wayne Jackson and his installers know what they're doing even when challenged by working on "this old house". Mr Jackson was also flexible, allowing me to purchase two of my doors at a local big box hardware store so I could take advantage of a replacement warranty on one of them. He amended his contract twice to reflect my changes and his final price was still lower than two other estimates. I highly recommend Just Windows and Doors!

A+ on all counts! Wayne Jackson and the installation team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Wayne came to my house to give me a free estimate on what I needed, and I was so impressed I didn't even get another estimate. Mr. Jackson showed me the best options for my budget and got the estimate to me that afternoon, as promised. Communication at every stage was prompt and professional. I personally heard him question a quote over the phone from the manufacturer's representative when he thought it was too much, and am confident he got the best price for me. When the manufacturer was late getting the door sent out, the installation team offered to squeeze me into the schedule over Thanksgiving weekend. I had a Big Box store come to our house many years ago and tell me they couldn't replace our side entry door because it was a steel frame. When the installers began removing the old wooden frame on the front door to be replaced, they discovered the old steel frame had simply been covered up on that door. Rather than just cover it up again, they went to the trouble of removing the steel frame before installing the new door. This turned what looked like a morning-long job into a day-long ordeal, yet they never complained about it. They were very pleasant to have at my house, cleaned up after themselves thoroughly, and my doors look beautiful. They even did a little repair on the side door frame that they were not responsible for. Overall, a great experience with Just Windows and Doors. Recommended very highly!

The workers arrived 20 minutes early & did quick work. They did a good job, but left a small caulk spill on the carpet. We also found 5 broken nails or screws left on the carpet - a concern with children in the house.

They were wonderful! They came in and did the job in one day. They were clean and friendly. There are no leaks in my windows, and I got a fair price. The guy measured my windows twice. Excellent service. I worked with Wayne Jackson.
