Everything went well, but the plumber was not aware that he had to install the hot and cold water shutoff valves. Thus, I have to have him return to complete that portion of the work.

They were on time to give me the estimate and when they started the job. One day it was raining and he called me to let me know they were delayed. They cleaned up after themselves and everything went wonderfully.

We have hired many plumbers in our 40+ years of homeownership, but have never been as pleased with a company as we are with J. Bourgeois Plumbing. The plumbers were professional, pleasant, neat and reasonable. We had our lower level finished and all work in the bathroom rough-in and set up of toilet, vanity, sink, and shower fixtures were completed in a timely manner and no debris or dirt was left behind. Mike Bourgeois answered all questions regarding his work and passed every inspection. Outstanding workmanship and prompt service is important to us when we hire a company and J. Bourgeois Plumbing fits that description. If anyone asks us for a plumber, we would recommend J. Bourgeois Plumbing with no qualms.
