This was a good company to work with. The workers that were sent found the problem right away and got it taken care of. They were very clean which was nice and we haven't had a problem since.

They are very good to work with. They are very friendly people that work for them. They always show up on time to do the work for us. They will call if they are running late.

I use them all the time and I have also used them for my heating and air conditioning units. They are good and respond to my calls in a timely manner. When he arrived, he was able to unclog all of the parsley out of the disposal for me. I just felt that the price was a little high for this visit.

Overall, I would give the service of this company an A+. The phone operator was professional; the plumber arrived on time, spent almost no time at all analyzing the faucet problem, went to the basement and explained to me what needed to be done and why and the cost. Completed the work within a week. Extraordinarily professional, prompt and good price. Just the best.

The scheduler was pleasant and offered times that were flexible and convenient. Plumber arrived as promised and completed the work efficiently. Helpfully provided information regarding options for faucet replacement.

J & K SERVICES WERE THE ONLY ONES TO ACTUALLY COME OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE (AND THEY DID THAT FOR FREE). THEY WERE ALSO THE ONLY ONES TO EXPLAIN HOW WATER INTRUSION HAPPENS. THEY WERE ON TIME THE DAY OF INSTALLATION AND DID THE ENTIRE JOB IN LESS THAN FIVE HOURS. THEY ALSO EXPLAINED HOW EVERYTHING WORKED ONCE IT WAS INSTALLED.
