If you want to sell your house, call Gretchen Smith at Coldwell! She is absolutely out of this world. She patiently worked with me over the last 2 years. I finally got serious. She found a wonderful house for me, negotiated unbelievably, and when I finally agreed to list my house, it sold within 2 weeks, unbelievable in today's buyer's market. She knows her stuff! The cost is guessing on her commission.
