In shopping for appliances I visited a total of 6 companies. I was in the process of moving from out of town. I found Fleck's Appliance Center to be the best value for my money. They actually exceeded my expectations for service. As my appliances were not delivered by the distributor on time, Tim sent someone out to connect my old washer/dryer (which were stored in the garage by the moving company) so that I could do laundry until my new appliances were delivered. My old refrigerator was in the garage as well & he placed the service call for me to cover some warranty work. This company has been so attentive. You do not find customer service like this any more. They have made my life & my move so much easier!
Description of Work: Came out from Florissant to O'Fallon to bring in my old washer/dryer from the garage & connect them. Did not charge a fee. Considered this a service for the inconvenience that my order had not arrived on time.
