He was supposed to come back on Saturday night to finish the job. I already paid him in advance. We tried to reach him twice but he shut off his phone.

I wasn't pleased with his work & another company will be fixing the problem he caused. He told me after he broke apart the tile, he hasn't done tile work before. If I knew he was incapable of completing the project, I wouldn't have let him touch anything! I asked him for some of my money back because the job wasn't complete. He offered to come back, but who would want to fix another issue from his work. He has not responded to a partial refund. Please be aware! If you use him, DON'T PAY UPFRONT!
