As a plumber, he did OK with the pipe repair. I believe the job was a bit more than his level of expertise because had to cut and replace the drywall. Wish he would have painted the entire walls or at lease ensured paint was level. Looks half done. Property manager forwarded me photos of paint that was dumped. I wasn't there to witness it but the only white paint I know of on the property is the can I purchased for him to paint the wall.
