They were professional and courteous to work with. They clearly charged $90 for the repair and a $6.00 fee for equipment, but they told me that before they started the work. I felt the price was fair for the job done. They gave me good information on why we needed the repair and what we can do for the future. They were very professional and informational.

They did a great job and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing done.

After trying liquid drain cleaners to no avail, I checked with Angie's List. I saw the reports on Drain Clean USA and saw they were well liked. I also saw that they were a minority company and this conservative Republican guy...me...decided to give their company a shot. Two very polite guys showed up on time and immediately went to work. They used the machine with the wire and ran it down the shower drain. The one guy seemed more experienced and was explaining things to the other guy...his assistant. No problem there...you learn by doing. Boom...clean....done. I told them I had a discount coupon from Angie's List and the lead guy made sure I gave it to him. Went like clockwork. He told me there was a 30 day guarantee on the work.
Nice guys...good work.  When this happens again...and it will...I will definitely use this company again.

I called the company and was told a technician would be out within the hour.  True to their word 2 technicians arrived and asked me what the problem was.  They immediately went to work.  They explained everything they were doing to me in a way that I could understand.  
A friend of mine had told me about some assistance I may be able to get with repairing my line.   I asked them about the Sewer Lateral Program and they explained what that was to me.  I was told by St. Louis County that I would need to have a licensed plumber clear the line and camera it.  I asked if they could do that.  They told me that would not be a problem.  Don arrived shortly with the camera and got to work.  He showed me my line and explained there were still roots but the pipes didn't look that bad.  I asked him what his recommendation would be so that I would not have this continuous problem.  He said if the County turned down my application he suggested I have a drain installed outside so that they could use a larger blade to cut through the roots.  I really appreciated him taking the time to explain that to me.  So many times a technician will just do the job, collect the check and leave. That was not so in this case.  
All of the technicians were very thorough and professional.    They took customer satisfaction to a whole new level.  
It was a pleasure having these young men work on getting my sewer lines open.  They treated me with the utmost respect and were extremely patient with me.  They answered all my questions and did not make me feel like I was being a bother.  
I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family.
