Steve and Bob responded to my call in a timely manner came out and gave me a quote and was so pleased when they told me that the parts were cheaper than they thought and passed the savings on to me and the final cost was almost half of the quote. They cleaned up, were very professional and I will definitely be calling them for all my garage door needs in the future.

Steve and Bob were quick to respond to our request, they provided clear and honest details. They were quick to get the new door installed and operational. They looked for ways to save us money. They didn’t try to up sell, nor was there any hint of sales pressure... A refreshing and professional behavior. I will heartily recommend them to family, friends, and neighbors.

Delta Door did a great job on our new garage door! Our opener short-circuited in July and my neighbor recommended we check out Delta Door. Steve and his partner came the next day. They took the time to teach me about my options for openers and doors so that I could choose the best system for us. Their work is beautiful and professional. They also saved us about $700 compared to their popular competitor.

They fixed the door, so it closed correctly. I asked for new sensors since mine were over 20 years old. They also helped me replace batteries I had purchased for openers, and put new bulbs in. It was a pleasure talking to this efficient team!

It was good. They did the right work. They fixed everything for a decent price. It went well, I have no complaints. Their pricing was competitive. They had to go back and get a part so they were responsive in that regard. I would recommend them.

Bob returned my call promptly, had to cancel our first appointment because of an emergency call but arranged to come out the next day which was a Saturday. We discussed options and I decided to replace the opener instead of fixing the old one. He gave me some advice on openers that I could purchase most economically on my own and he would install. We set the installation appointment for the following Monday. He installed the opener and tuned up the door. It works great now.

I explained what happened and he knew what was wrong before he saw it. He came out and fixed it in no time. Very reasonably priced.

Garage door opener header mount broke and the opener literally was hanging in mid air. I got a ladder and placed the opener on it. Called Delta Door about 8am and left a message. Bob called back about 20 minutes later. I described the problem to him and he said he could come fix it that day at 3pm and gave me an estimate of $54.50. Bob did a great job and I couldnt be more happy with his service. Hes also a very nice guy and easy to talk to and didnt mind answering questions. He wasnt in a rush. I would rate this company A+ if Angies list had this rating available. Bottom line: Great service at a great price from a good guy....what more could you possibly want from a repairman? The estimate was right on and I gave him $60 because he gave me the 1/2 tube of opener gear lube. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Company representative contacted me as soon as I put information on the web searching for services. He scheduled a time to conduct an estimate, was on time and completed the estimate on the spot. After I accepted the bid, the garage door was ordered and a time was set to install. Steve arrived on time for installation and completed it in less time than he thought, but had some parts that had warped from the heat and rather than trying to make them fit, he said that he would check with his suppplier for new part and get back to me, He called within 2 business days and came right out and completed the job. Everything was very well done and handled in a professional manner.

He called back immediately and quoted me the price over the phone. He was very punctual and performed the work very professionally. He explained the garage door maintenance necessary to extend the life of the springs, hinges, and door opener. I am very satisfied with the work performed and will call Delta Door again when the need arises.

Fantastic. If I could give an A+ I would. The quote was nearly half of the three other places I called. The way he quoted me on doing one side of the door or both, I think the other places were pretty inflated. Bob wasn't going to be able to help me until next week and was very apologetic, but when I gave him my address we were both stunned he had a job a few houses up the street today. We worked it out so he could fix my problem today - he knew would not take long - since he would literally be next door. Bob was knowledgeable, friendly, quick, and did a great job at a great price. I highly recommend using this contractor.

Needed a quote to repair or replace garage door at a rental property. Called and left message with Bob. Called and got ahold of partner Steve, who was able to come same day and take a look at the situation. Soon after I got off the phone with Steve, Bob returned my call and I let him know Steve was already headed my direction. Steve showed up within 15 minutes ( he was in the area ), was very professional and right away saw what needed to be done. He determined the door was in good shape and the tracks and springs were, as well. All that was necessary was a new cable and oil the rollers and he even adjusted a couple for smoother opening. All done within 30 minutes. Wow, I wish all my experiences with contractors was like this one. Thanks Steve!

It was a great job. Very enjoyable to work with. We needed to replace our old garage door and opener due to dysfunction. Steven was very patient and gave us detailed information of different choices. The job was nicely done. He also told us how to do maintenance. We are glad to his easy accessibility. I highly recommend this company.

It went great! Bob was very professional and friendly to work with. He quoted me a price on the phone and the final price was a bit less, even before my Angie's list coupon. He was great about scheduling his visit and was able to accommodate my work schedule. In addition to the work I requested, he did a check on the garage door and opener at no extra charge. Absolutely perfect. One of the best experiences I have had with any contractor\service person. I called Steve for an estimate and he was able to schedule it soon and at a time convenient for me. He gave me good recommentations on the type of door best suited for the application. I compared prices and found Delta door to be very competative. Steve was more than professional, courtious and competent.

Bob came out about a week after my initial call. Before he came out, he gave us suggestions to do to try and fix the problem ourselves. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem in a few minutes (the sensor was out of line and loose). He also oiled the tracks so the garage door would run smoother. Bob also told us some tips the next time we had problems with the opener.

Superbly! From the instantaneous response to my initial call, to the recommendation of which garage door opener to get (it is, by the way, the slickest one I've ever seen; whisper quiet and a real workhorse), to the spotless condition that my garage was left in. Steve even had to move a fleet of bicycles out of the garage in order to give himself room to work in, and he moved them all back in when he was done. These guys are first rate.

My door was stuck halfway open and when he came, he came immediately and found the problem and got it fixed for a reasonable price. He knew what he was doing and fixed it in a very timely manner. He did a wonderful job and I would definitely use him again.
