COPAL CONSTRUCTION

Copal Construction replaced the roof and fascia on my house and the roof on my shed. They did an excellent job, by being professional, meticulous, quick but never cutting corners, very detail-oriented and reasonably priced. It started with Rich who came out to estimate the job, and he stayed the manager all the way through from start to finish. From the time I said GO to the time they were on my house roof was 6 days. Les and Mike started on Monday and had 4 more guys come to finish with them on Tuesday. They were going to have to come back to do the shed roof. It rained Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, but the rain stopped at 8am and Les and Mike were there at 9am on Wednesday. They started and completed the shed, and then jumped over to help Jeff, who had started on Tuesday to do the fascia. I have worked with a few people like Jeff, and there’s a deep appreciation for people like him. He found some rotten wood under some of my fascia and stressed that it should be replaced to avoid issues in the future. He could have told me it all had to be replaced, but he did not. He cut out the bad and only replaced what was actually needed. His attention to the little details was phenomenal. The Copal Construction crew, all of them, was courteous, clean, always working, cleaned the site at the end of each day, and worked well together like a well-oiled machine. I truly cannot give any stronger recommendation than to tell you Copal Construction will do an excellent job on any project.

They did a great job on the roof and got it done in one day. They also installed 10 sheets of plywood to reinforce week spots on the roof. The gutters will be installed tomorrow. Hopefully they will do a good job on them. We are very happy with this company & would highly recommend them.

We had asked for estimates from many roofing companies and Copal was one of them. Chris came to our house the very next day to give us an estimate. He told us exactly what needs to be done and when it will be done. He was very professional and courteous and did not try to force us into making a decision. Once we decided to go with Copal, we even gave us some added incentives and he stayed true to his word. We set up a date and the job was very professionally and promptly finished, all in one day. Copal provided us will the necessary paperwork and overall, it was a great experience.
