Allen Miller, owner of the company, was friendly and professional. He examined the ice maker and found that the inlet valve needed replaced. He told me up front it was an expensive valve and he would have to order it. A few days later he called and told me he had the part. He came out and repaced it in a short amount of time. The ice maker now works perfectly.
I couldn't be any more pleased with how he went about the work.

My dryer was making a rattling sound when in use. I noticed this on Christmas Day and began calling repairmen on the day after Christmas. Most were not working or taking calls so I left messages with 2 others but this company called me back within an hour and we scheduled the repairwork for the next day. He came on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and told me how much it would cost. He completed the work quickly and professionally. I plan to call him again in the near future for the washer.

We've been using him for 20 years. He is a very nice man, ver pleasant and always on time. He does a good thorough job. He's done refrigerator repair, stove and washer and dryer repairs. He tries to keep the cost down by giving you different options is something needs repairs.

They routinely schedule appts. on Sat for the convenience of the customer, which I appreciated. I had scheduled on Wed. for the Sat morning appt and he arrived right on time. The serviceman was there at least 30 - 45 minutes to run the machine through a couple of different cycles, when it began making a loud thumping noise. he checked several things before he explained there was a broken bearing behind the drum (it was a front loader). he estimated it would cost between $300-$400 to repair and suggested if the machine was old, it may not be worth the cost to repair, but would be better to replace. I agreed I would replace it and he only charged me for the call which was approx. $35.

Allen returned the call right away and was willing to come out on a Saturday. He arrived right on time and had our fridge running again in no time and for a very reasonable price. Highly reccomend.

Alan came out promptly, diagnosed the problems with the dryer, and gave a very reasonable estimate. He had to order some parts which took a few days, but got the dryer in working order until the parts came and then finished the job. I will definitely call again for service needs.

One night my dryer stopped tumbling. I found this company on Angie's List and called them the next day. They were able to come out the next day. He had the parts with him and fixed it that same day. He was very professional and even played with my cat once he was done fixing the dryer. I would use this company again.

This company was great. They were actually referred to me by the GE dealer. I have been satisfied with the repair. They came ready to work and was done within thirty minutes. They were very reasonable and they saved me money. I would refer them to anyone.

Overall, I was very pleased. Alan, the repair technician, came out the next day to check on the problem. A couple of things impressed me about this company. To start with, Alan returned my call after a short time. He set up an appointment to come out the next day, a Friday. He called the next day to make sure that someone would be at home. Upon arriving, he parked on the street instead of the driveway. He picked up our newspaper that was in the driveway and brought it with him to the front door. After diagnosing the problem with the dryer, he said that he would be back the next day, a Saturday, to do the repair. I don't know of many service companies that will come out on a Saturday without charging additional fees, which Convenient did not. He came back on Saturday and completed the repair. He also vacuumed out the dryer exhaust. The repair cost actually was about $70 less than first estimated.

I was very pleased that the company could schedule my appointment for the very next day. The service representative arrived right on time, was very courteous and clearly explained every step of his work. The replacement timer for the drier cost more than I thought the appliance was really worth so I decided not to get it, there was no pressure to do the repair. He repositioned the dishwasher and adjusted some screws to fix a rattle in the base plate under the door. The rate he charged was the basic service call rate and very reasonable. This company has been very reliable on several occasions.
