We met Rozelle by pure luck. I told my husband he had to be an angel. We thought it would be a easy and fun project to redo our kitchen. We had seen so many television shows which made it look very easy. We had even you-tubed some simple techniques. It wasn't as easy as it looked once we got started. It was like 2 left foot people trying to Cha-Cha. We had been working on this project for like a month when we were in the local Home Depot going back and forth with the a service person over items we had pre-ordered which turned out to be completely wrong for the space. Everything from size to design, (ALL BAD Ideas) My husband looked at me and said I give up! We seem to be spending more money correcting or mistake than anything.
Mr. Rozelle was standing near us & said he couldn't help over hearing us in all the frustrating back and forth with the services person. He asked if there was something he could possibly help with to make decision making easier. We thought he worked Home Depot and told him sure if he had the name and number to a good remodel contractor who was fair and honest. It was then that he handed us his business card and pointed to his business name on his polo shirt.
Long story short he came by the next day and complimented our efforts without telling us what a mess we had made. Then he assured us his team could have it fixed in a matter of days. We had already spent so much money and was terrified of how much he would charge to fix all our issues but he kept his word and in my opinion he felt so sorry for us and did not charge us what I felt he should have. His company had a full plate that week yet they managed to fit us in. We had regained full access to our kitchen By Friday of the week we met him. I cant believe how fast they corrected everything and got the materials needed to transform the space. He even suggested and installed special lighting over the island and under cabinets. We truly bumped into and angel who we will continue to use and suggest to others. I still believe he felt sorry for us and gave us a break on the pricing but we will never forget his humble spirit & caring demeanor. Wish more people operated in this manner. Thanks Mr Rozelle
