They are always on time, and call before the arrive. I am giving the name of the person who will be servicing my unit. We have an annual contract with them. Their pricing is comparative and reasonable. I use them twice a year, and have used them for 22 years. They do the regular maintenance for me. Clearly I am very happy with them, or I would not have been using them all these years!
