The provider offered a very competitive price for the job so I hired them. The carpet removal went fine. The hardwood was installed in about half of the room and was done fine. The carpet inlay was not a typical job and was challenging but they corrected the problems. They were very service-oriented and when they learned I was completely satisfied, they were genuinely interested in correcting any problems to make sure I was happy with the final outcome. Mike was excellent to work with and I appreciate his attentiveness.

The installer came and apparently the salesman had not relayed to the installer that I wanted the pattern to line up/continue with the 9" pattern from the kitchen. Fortunately I caught him before too much damage was done. At least he had enough sheet left to line up the sheet vinyl in one direction. Since I didn't want to wait another two weeks for a replacement order of vinyl, I decided to let him continue.
The installer did a little bit of caulking where the vinyl meets the wall tile, but I would have liked it to have been more uniform. I fixed this later myself.
I am using the company for another bathroom, but this time I am supervising each step very carefully.

His crew was very professional and had plenty of patience with all my questions. We paid 25% down and the balance was not billed until he knew we were satisfied with the job.
We are planning on putting more floors into our house. We will only deal with Classic Carpet.

The team was AWESOME from the salesperson to the installation. They brought samples to our home discussed the advantages and disadvantages of the different materials and offered design advice. Their knowledge was great! We had been interviewing companies for about nine months and did not find anyone who measured up.
The installation crew was polite and went above and beyond what we expected. We will definitely use them again.
