The service tech arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule.
He was
very good about answering questions and performed the work described on
the coupon I used. After that was done the tech communicated with the office and the sales pitch came. Not all
the duct work was cleaned. One major return was not done and a number of
other items that to have cleaned was going to be $429.00.  I declined
the extra services. In all, he was at my house about 2 hours.
Look, I am a big boy. I know that the coupon
was not going to cover the expense of even driving to my house. So I am
very happy with the work they did for the price and did not get angry
when the extra charges were presented. ( I was a little surprised with
the amount of money  to complete the work, however.)
The tech realized that I was hip to the game and did not push very hard , to his credit.
There was a short period of awkwardness while the tech talked with the boss, with me right there, and had to explain why I was not going with the whole $429 program.
If you do the same, you will get a great value for the work performed.
 Your ducts will be much cleaner than they were before.

They were good.  I was happy with them.  All in all, they were very polite.  They came in with their little midis on.  They were very respectful.  They were nice to our dogs.  They were very nice.  I had no problems with them at all.  They were very quick and efficient.  My husband negotiated the price with them.  The quality of service was very, very good.  I was impressed.  They came within a week of calling them.  Yes, I would use them again in the future if needed. 

I made appointment to get a $39.95 duct cleaning per coupon. He showed up and started his sales pitch. Ducts go both directions that is 2 main, then duct turns 90 degrees that is another main. He was a hard sell and wanted my husband to agree to $345 to do a complete job. He charged $49.95 when my husband refused. Don't know why it was $10 extra dollars. He completely wasted our time.
