Appliance Repair
This was through my Home Warranty Co. and I had no choice. Appt. #3 is set up for tomorrow morning. We Will see.

Appliance Repair
The technicians sent on the initial call did not have the proper repair part on their truck on their initial visit and subsequently ordered the wrong part. After many difficult attempts to arrange a return appointment (my wife works and could not accept a "service window" type of appointment) the correct part was improperly installed on July 2, 2011. The resulting water leak caused over $7K damage to our kitchen and required a whole-house mold remediation and substantial reconstruction involving sub-flooring, flooring, cabinetry, drywall, etc. This vendor's insurance company was very difficult to deal with and only partially settled our claim for damages after the intervention of an attorney retained at our expense.
I would not recommend that anyone use this company for any appliance repair, large or small.

Appliance Repair
Company recommended by HSA Home Warranty. Our part was $50, HSA paid the rest. Roger changed the motor on our refrigerator, which was not cooling. Refrigerator is approximately 20 years old. This fixed the cooling problem, but the motor and fan was making a lot of noise. Roger returned the next day and replaced a missing screw. The noise was still too loud and he returned a third time to make further adjustments. The motor is louder than the motor that was replaced.

I was using the microwave oven and the handle broke off in my hand. I called my home warranty company who referred me to C & H. I spoke to Roger early one morning and explained my situation. He walked me through locating the model & serial number for the microwave. He told me it would take 3-4 days and once the part was in he would come right over to fix the microwave. Several days later Roger called and said the handle was in stock. He doubled checked that we had a white microwave seeing how the handle that came in was white. Roger was punctual and professional. Came in and got to work. Ran a full diagnostic test on the range and explained everything he was doing to my wife. All work was done to our satisfaction.
