Terrible. I contacted Benach Plumbing (No Drip Inc) to perform work for me. I needed a sewer access raised up about 6” to be level with the top of a new driveway I was having replaced. He quoted me a price of $1000 saying he had quite a bit of digging to do and needed to install a road box. Not knowing any better, I accepted his bid. The work took about 1hr and 45 minutes and that includes time spent getting the parts. The digging amounted to clearing away the rock, that my concrete contractor had put down, from around the sewer access. The materials were about 6” of PVC pipe and a road box (which I learned is a piece of cast iron with a lid that says sewer on the top). When I asked him why it cost so much, he replied, well it’s not just the time I spent here but now I have to go clean up before the next job. After I filed a complaint with the BBB, he contacted me and offered to refund $200. I declined the offer. During the phone conversation in which he offered me the $200, he stated that he never said he was the cheapest plumber. At least he was honest about that. The BBB dismissed the complaint at his request because it falls outside of their parameters. I have 2 issues with this company. First, I was charged an exorbitant price for the work performed. I contacted another plumber who said the job should have been around $300. And second, the sewer access was supposed to be raised to the top of the concrete forms and he raised them an additional 1.5 inches. I asked him to correct this, 5 minutes later he knocked on my door saying he corrected it. Later I found out he didn’t do a thing. Everything he did was “legal”, but in my opinion, everything he did was also “unethical.” I will not use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Their work was satisfactory nothing great no more than anybody else would do but their price is up on the space and you gotta go to space to pay for them. I won't be going to them no more I can't afford to go to space. I just went on and paid him and get him out of my face because he is outrageous. They are thieves.

He was out the same day, he was very courteous, everything cost and worked out like he said it would; he was perfect! I haven?t had any trouble since and I would use him again if needed.

This is a family company. The plumber's wife answers the phone. She was very helpful and extremely nice. He arrived on time and was very professional and clean. He put the new part in my kitchen faucet. In the bathroom he told me that the sink had been installed wrong and he was not sure his fix would hold up but it has been almost 4 months and the sink is just fine. He also checked some pipes I was worried about in the basement and gave me some suggestions on them. Yes, he wasn't cheap but what plumber is? Since the job was done right and the experience was good I don't have a problem with his fees.

We had called and told them that the garbage disposal had stopped working. They came out the same day and put in a brand new one a really good one. I wasn't expecting such a quick response. Even the dishwasher works better now because of the way in which the garbage disposal channels the water. We would definitely use their services again.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY EXPENSIVE. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT & PROFESSIONAL. THEY EXPLAINED WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE & ONCE I APPROVED, THEY OBTAINED ALL PERMITS NEEDED TO DO THE WORK. THE JOB TOOK TWO MEN & LASTED ABOUT EIGHT HOURS.

THE INSTALLATION OF THE FAUCET WAS DONE PROPERLY. HOWEVER, THE COST OF THE INSTALLATION WAS MUCH MORE THAN I EXPECTED. THERE IS A $50 CHARGE JUST FOR THE PLUMBER TO COME OUT. THE PLUMBER COMPLETED THE JOB IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES. FORTUNALELY, I AT LEAST HAD A $10 OFF COUPON. IF I EVER NEED A PLUMBER AGAIN, I WILL PROBABLY LOOK FOR ONE THAT CHARGES BY THE JOB INSTEAD OF BY THE HOUR.
