If there is any grade higher than an A, they deserve it. They are one of the approved providers from the state of Missouri for doing adaptive modifications. The last time I was in touch with them was this morning, because we have a project ongoing with them. They have the best customer service I have ever dealt with for adaptive remodeling. And this is not our first project, and I've used other providers. So far Lasting Impressions is head and tails above anybody else we've ever worked with.
