Service is fine once they get there, problem lies with getting them to call you back. When you call l you have to wait up to 2 days for someone to call l you back. They need to be more responsive on the initial return phone call.

When our last lawn maintenance person retired, he recommended BD's servuce, and we thank him for that! The first service was fine, but BD is a perfectionist. I have watched them going over the same spot time and again, until they feel it looks juist right. And that isn't just on the first visit to impress us, it has been on every single visit for more than a year. In fact, I was rather fearful to write a report about them on Angie's list and help them become so busy, they would forget about us, but we still hear the hum of their lawnmowers on a regular basis. Every time we pull into our driveway we comment about how nice our lawn looks.

Contacted BDs.Worked out date & cost for trial service. BD showed up as expected, completed work quickly and proffesionaly. They just completed third mow & trim. Shows up like clock work, no owner interface necessary, does good job, sends bill once a month. No muss, no fuss. Love it.

They were very responsive. They came out when they said they were going to. They had very good references. They worked with us for a long time on the bid before they did the landscaping work. The price was very reasonable. They did a fine job on the landscaping, but they haven't mowed yet so I don't know how the quality will be on that.

Our Yard Serviceman was married over the winter and moved away. Fortunately, he gave our name to his neighbor, who called in March to ask if we would like him to stop by. Our lawn looked very neglected after the winter beating it took, and we were very happy when Mr. Double came over immediately and quoted us a price that is pretty standard in this area for weekly maintenance of the yard. Mr. Double is the kind of man who really listened to what I wanted, yet was not hesitant to give his views and suggestions. We liked his no-nonsense approach and immediate action, reviewing the condition of the gutters, yard and surrounding areas, even discussing with our neighbor his plan to add some extra guttering to improve drainage and aim it away from their adjoining property. Mr. Double and his assistant worked hard, and left the yard better than it has looked in years. He brought all the needed equipment and cleaned up the yard waste perfectly.
