Steve let me know what he was doing and why every time I asked. And he was very meticulous. After the ladders were put away in his truck, we noticed that the cap had slipped. Without missing a beat he got out the ladders and climbed back up to fix it. This was after 6 hours of working on a 100 degree roof.

Everything went very well. Steve was running late, but he called to let me know and made sure the adjusted time was okay. He looked very professional and was very knowledgeable about the job at hand. My chimney cover on my furnace cover was broken as well, and he will be coming back to repair that. He did a great job on the chimney cleaning, and gave me excellent advice on firebuilding. Cleaning and cleanup were perfect.

The new cover that they put on my chimney will keep birds from making nests & squirrels from getting in. Also, they gave me a lifetime warranty on the firewall that they repaired.
