I started with getting my roof put on and a worker feel through my ceiling. The owner first tried to say it wasn't his responsibility, then decided it wasn't worth a law suit and then took responsibility for the damages. He hired a buddy of his to repair the ceiling and the guy began the work and didn't show up the next day. My home was a hazard for days and I decided to outsource and find a legit contractor and he completed the work within a week and a half. I offered to the owner of the company to come over multiple times to come check the work so he would know everything I was charging him for and he was supposed to show up on two different occasions and he failed to make it over for whatever reason. My ceiling is now completed and still no word from the owner and I had to end up paying the outside contractor.
