I was looking for a reasonable and reliable firm to the replacement of my roof. As suggested by a friend, the person defined to be the CEO of this firm named Mr. Jeremy Spencer contacted me and gave me an estimate for the new roofing replacement. He talked quite well and showed himself as a very reasonable guy. After finalizing the cost, we signed the contact, completed all paper work and asked whether I wish to complete the work as soon as possible. To start the work at their earliest he asked to pay ~70% of total cost to acquire the materials. Since his firm was listed on Angie's list and also suggested by a person, I totally believed on him and paid the money. He did not show up on the day he promised and did not respond my phone calls almost for 15 days. I tried to call them using different phone numbers, then only by chance I got hold of another guy listed as a CFO of the company (My Michael Thomas) and then both of them said sorry and scheduled another day for the work - once again did not show up. But this time they gave me some excuses to schedule for another day, but never showed up and after that never responded either to my phone calls or emails. On their flyer and vising card they listed an office address and head office address too. Once I went there, the listed office address was a letter box at an UPS store and head office address was a broken unit of a rental house. I reported the case to the police, who informed us that these guys do not have Missouri driving license, so they are not able to identify them. After all possible attempts to contact them, our county police also raised their hand and informed us that they are not able to hold them. These people are complete fraud and this firm is on paper only. I would request Angie's list to do a proper investigation to justify the listing for this type of fraud company, which is made for cheating hard-earned money of common people only.
