-The hauling was done as discussed for the most part. Just today I discovered some additional tree limbs pushed further into the woods.
-Grading work was not completed as discussed on site.
Work was to be done after contact from contractor, however, contractor just showed up at 4:30 PM without calling and began work. This was problematic in that ground was wet from rains and the bobcat tires were leaving large ruts in areas of travel, including previously undamaged grassy areas (not to mention the fact that I was on my way out the door to work so I was unable to supervise). Contractor agreed to 'back-fill' ruts prior to leaving however, this was not completed. When contacted by phone, contractor did not commit to returning to repair damaged ground. As of this writing, it has been 3 weeks with no contact from contractor. Lesson learned--do not ever pay for a job before it is completed.
NOTE: Future work was promised to contractor (hauling) if this job was completed as discussed however, once paid, apparently contractor forgot this detail and left.
