BONE HEATING & COOLING

I was very pleased with their efficiency. We were having a winter storm in a few days they made sure my furnace was installed before the snow and ice came. I would recommend them to anyone.

We've been having them here for ten years. they are competitive, they've been very good. They're very busy, they do show up when they say they are going to. They just showed up did what they were supposed to do and left tidily.

We started using Bone when our air conditioning went out in the middle of summer. Turns out mice had made their home in some wiring at the unit and chewed all the coverings off--it was a crisis waiting to happen. After the work was done, I bought the service contract, because our system is 15 years old and I felt it needed some regular attention. The contract gives us 2 "free" service calls a year, priority scheduling, and discounts on additional services and products. They are always prompt and professional, and very nice people to work with. It was a good choice!

The technician came at the prescribed time.  He explained what the problem could be and what he was going to do.  Once he completed the service, he tested the furnace and showed me the results.  He also indicated that if this did not fix the problem completely, just call them back out and they would not charge for another service call (since the problem was somewhat intermittent and was not occurring when he came out).  The furnace has worked correctly since.
