Scott was the general contractor for the repairs of my house after it was hit by the tornado on 5/31/2013. Although his workmanship was above average, he drug the job out over 7 months. Working other jobs, shoveling snow and taking time off all the time, I found this to be very frustrating. A newly installed window was broken and to this day 5/13/2014, he still has not repaired it. I have had to make the arrangements to have it fixed despite the constant pressure from me to get him to get it fixed. Now that he has been paid in full, he has yet to complete the job despite constant questioning when he is going to finish. I have stopped communicating with him and will continue to pursue other avenues to get him to reimburse me for the window and finish the job. I have little confidence he will finish the job. Some of it I had to do myself. When he was first hired he said he covered workmanship for 1 year, but I can't even get him to finish the job. I am very disappointed in how he has ended this job. I was going to have him build my deck, but I would be afraid he wouldn't finish it.
