Great experience.

I went to Lucia and discussed at length what kind of leather I wanted (and did not want) for my sofa. I paid a $700 down payment on the spot. She ordered the leather that I wanted and invited me to her home to examine it. I loved it and took a sample home. Later, she contacted me and said the leather was not want I wanted (although it was) and said she was exchanging it for something comparable. When I picked up the cushions, they appeared different but close enough under the dark lights of her shop, and I paid the remaining $1000+. When I got home and unwrapped the cushions, I realized that they were not at all the same leather that I wanted, and were an example of what I said I did not want.â ¨When I contacted Lucia about my dissatisfaction, she dismissed me, and told me to find another upholsterer to correct it. Then her husband contacted me and accused me of being a â bullyâ , a misogynist and a racist (which is absurd and baseless). I was professional and polite in every exchange. We had a little misunderstanding on the timing, but when I saw the results I was very happy.

Turn around time was quick. Very responsive to my request. Work quality was great

Lucia did a fantastic job on my chair. I could not be more thrilled with her work or with her personally. She was so kind and thoughtful, very skilled in her trade and stayed on time with the time-frame she suggested. She said and did things that made me feel like I was really important to her. I will use her when I have other upholstering jobs in the future.

Only charged $25 fir pick-up and delivery. Excellent wood finish. Excellent reupholstery.

Lucia was customer service oriented. The chest she refinished looks great.
