Vogel Heating & Cooling

Took company 3 days to send a tech. He diagnosed the problem, charged me more than he was supposed to for service call, told me that he would return the next night to fix the problem, and have not heard anything from tech or company since then.

Everything went well, the serviceman was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was really surprised when he showed up alone since my unit was located on the roof. I really appreciated his willingness to perform the job.

Scheduling a appointment for my A/C to be checked and cleaned couldn't have been easier. The technician Scott Gray was a pleasure to work with, he was very friendly, and took time to answer all of my questions. I'm a first time home owner, and for me he was a wealth of information. He made suggestions for adding a filter cabinet, which will make maintaining my equipment much easier. I will be signing up for a membership soon, so that my equipment will always be in good hands.

I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the installers, and how willing they were to accommodate my schedule. Our sales rep made a point to show up early before I left for work to make sure I was comfortable leaving the house alone with everyone. The installation looks very good, I received patient instruction on managing the boiler. The next day there was a leak in the motor and water pooled on my floor. Not to worry, though. The matter was addressed immediately after contacting my sales rep. I am extremely pleased with this company, and highly recommend them.

A service technician was out the previous Tuesday because my heat pump did not seem to be working properly. He added coolant to the system and suggested when the outside temperature approached 30 degrees that I should change the thermostat setting to emergency heat. Then when the weather warmed in the Spring, they would call to come out to check for and repair the leak in the cooling system. By Sunday the outside temperature dropped and it was cold inside with cold air blowing with the emergency heat turned on. I called for another service call. This time the technician discovered the unit had not been wired correctly at installation. He did not charge me for this call saying he would consult when he got to the office Monday. Later Monday he called to say there would be no charge because the problem was theirs. With this kind of honesty and integrity, I will definitely call Vogel again for service.

I was impressed with the professionalism of the worker. He did a good check up on my air conditioner and gave me some pointers and suggestions. I would definitely use them again.

A little frustrating at first scheduling when they cancelled because of rain the first time. When they came, everything went great and they did the promised work.

They gave us three choices for price range, which was good. They gave us a somewhat detailed print-out. They were very quick in coming out here. They seemed thorough and seem like a quality company. My husband would have preferred to go with them, but their price was higher.

My father in law has been with them for around ten years and we started with them a year ago when we moved here. I like their service and that it includes maintenance in the fall and spring as well as discounts. They are a very honest company and stand behind their work.

The technician and his supervisor were candid, but not at all hard-sell. Very straight-forward. Very responsive. The installer was incredible. This was a messy job and he was very professional, polite, and efficient. I would definitely use Vogel again.

We had our AC handler break and leak water on a Thursday night. You can imagine the chance of getting someone in on a Friday during the hot weather was slim to none. I had called several places and Vogel was the only one able to come out on Friday night. He showed up and fixed our issue right there and then. He was very professional and nice and friendly. We opted into the maintenance plan for $200.00. He went above and beyond what we actually needed him to do. We will use Vogel again in the future.

This company was great to work with, that staff was friendly and quick to respond to call. Another vendor installed our system and we have had the air condition leaking Freon for quite some time, they couldn't find the leak even though they filled it with dye. In one visit from Vogel they found the leak within 15 minutes of coming on premise and helped us to get the original vendor out to repair the item which was under warrantee. They arrived when they said they would. The workmen tore out the old unit and installed the new unit. They were neat, caused very little disruption to the functioning of the rest of the house during this entire process. They took away all of the old unit and cleaned up the work area. The job was completed in one day. Vogel has done work for us several times and they've always been on time and helpful.

Our old A/C unit finally died after 22 years of service, We received a quote for installation of a new unit from Matt at Vogel Heating and accepted it the next day (we did not get other quotes as we have used Vogel for years and we trust them). Matt scheduled the installation for two days later at 8AM. The two installers, Dennis and Steve, showed up exactly on time. They were both very professional and pleasant to work with,The unit was installed and operational and everything cleaned up by early afternoon. They then helped us adjust several of the existing ceiling air vents and instructed us on the use of the system and the new thermostat. We are totally happy with the work and the performance of the new system and will be continuing to use Vogel for the annual maintenance of both the A/C unit and our hot water heating system.

Paul came to the house and did the work. He showed up when he said he would (was actually exactly on time from when he called to when he said he would arrive). He performed the work and left us with an invoice showing what he did and how he rated the overall condition of our AC system. He did his job.

Rick was prompt and quick with the diagnosis. He didn't try to waste my time or his. He even cleaned and checked the furnance after the repair. I would recommend Vogel and will use them again in the future.

The technician arrived to perform and inspection of the boiler. He performed a thorough inspection of the boiler. The technician found that the reason the radiators were not all heating up was because of the faulty motor. He initially thought that maybe it was full of sludge so he cleaned but the motor still did not function properly. The technician offered to repair it the same day if the part was available. He replaced the motor. He had to drain the boiler and stayed until it refilled itself which was almost an hour. He bled the radiators and made sure they were heating up and provided instructions on what to do if they don't all heat evenly. It was a good job. I would recommend this company.

Our AC went out on the 4th of July. I contacted Vogel that night and they were at our house the next morning. Our AC was running by 11:00am on July 5th. Scott was our tech and he was absolutely awesome. He took the time out to explain everything to me and got our AC working. Couldn't have asked for better service!!

Each time a technician has come to my house, there have been no issues. They are always courteous, polite and eager to do their job.

I am not having my HVAC system replaced by Vogel.

The rep was neat, punctual and did a very thorough job.
