Vogel Heating & Cooling

Was scheduled at 8am. The technician was running a couple minutes behind and called to let us know. He arrived at about 8:05 am. Thought that was very professional and respectful of our time even if he was going to be 5 minutes late. The technician was very friendly and knowledgable. He did a very thorough check on our unit inside and outside. We definitely recommend this company! Really felt like this company takes pride in the job they do.

I have good experience with them. We've used them quite a bit. I don't have a worst. They're overall very, very good. Price is good.

They were great and punctual and very professional and all, they came out check out everything and they explain to me what the problem was and what they would need to do and all that kind of stuff, they really explain their great.

The service is been great that's why I used them again after the first time and I called them back.

Great job. The serviceman checked all of the connections. He found that the capacitor was bad. He also showed me a couple of things that will make my unit more efficient.

Took company 3 days to send a tech. He diagnosed the problem, charged me more than he was supposed to for service call, told me that he would return the next night to fix the problem, and have not heard anything from tech or company since then.

Everything went well, the serviceman was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was really surprised when he showed up alone since my unit was located on the roof. I really appreciated his willingness to perform the job.

Scheduling a appointment for my A/C to be checked and cleaned couldn't have been easier. The technician Scott Gray was a pleasure to work with, he was very friendly, and took time to answer all of my questions. I'm a first time home owner, and for me he was a wealth of information. He made suggestions for adding a filter cabinet, which will make maintaining my equipment much easier. I will be signing up for a membership soon, so that my equipment will always be in good hands.

I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the installers, and how willing they were to accommodate my schedule.  Our sales rep made a point to show up early before I left for work to make sure I was comfortable leaving the house alone with everyone.  The installation looks very good, I received patient instruction on managing the boiler.
The next day there was a leak in the motor and water pooled on my floor.  Not to worry, though.  The matter was addressed immediately after contacting my sales rep.  I am extremely pleased with this company, and highly recommend them.

A service technician was out the previous Tuesday because my heat pump did not seem to be working properly. He added coolant to the system and suggested when the outside temperature approached 30 degrees that I should change the thermostat setting to emergency heat. Then when the weather warmed in the Spring, they would call to come out to check for and repair the leak in the cooling system.

By Sunday the outside temperature dropped and it was cold inside with cold air blowing with the emergency heat turned on. I called for another service call. This time the technician discovered the unit had not been wired correctly at installation. He did not charge me for this call saying he would consult when he got to the office Monday. Later Monday he called to say there would be no charge because the problem was theirs.

With this kind of honesty and integrity, I will definitely call Vogel again for service.

I was impressed with the professionalism of the worker. He did a good check up on my air conditioner and gave me some pointers and suggestions. I would definitely use them again.

Fantastic install, very clean, professional, and had a great experience.  Highly recommend Vogel!

A little frustrating at first scheduling when they cancelled because of rain the first time.  When they came, everything went great and they did the promised work.

My father in law has been with them for around ten years and we started with them a year ago when we moved here. I like their service and that it includes maintenance in the fall and spring as well as discounts. They are a very honest company and stand behind their work.

The technician and his supervisor were candid, but not at all hard-sell. Very straight-forward.  Very responsive.  The installer was incredible.  This was a messy job and he was very professional, polite, and efficient.  I would definitely use Vogel again.
