We liked their selection and we had used them before over the years just buying different things from them. We were familiar with them. We had gotten another bid and they were well under that. We also liked the product that they were offering. We did some research on it and we thought that it was the best for us to go with. They were very honest and upfront with us. So far, the fireplace is working out great.
"We hate to read such negative and incomplete remarks, so we wanted to provide details. It needs to be noted that the customer installed and cleaned the logs himself, placing them in an incorrect position; this is what creates soot. As far as his claim of us not showing up, we have never just decided not to go to an appointment. We give time frames (AM/PM), rather than exact times, since we cannot guarantee how long each of the days' jobs will last, but we did go to customer's home (2012) to place his logs in correct position, and customer was not charged a service call fee. We apologize that the customer was somehow unhappy with us and our service. We always continue to strive for perfection and customer happiness."
