Met with Austin at their building on Larkin Williams Road. He was very knowledgeable and took considerable time to explain the different types of gas logs now available. (My old set was 15 years old and not working properly.) I found one that looked great and came with a remote. They installed it a week after I purchased it. The installer was courteous and very helpful to my wife in explaining how the system works with the remote. It is really slick and we love it. Plus it throws out considerably more heat than our old one. I was really impressed and it all started with the professionalism and courtesy of Austin.
