Titan Granite

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Titan Granite! The original plan was to do laminate to save money, but I'm so glad we gave them a call. I worked with Mike Metzger, who sent me the quartz colors he had that would match what we were looking for and fit in our budget. He never pressured me to go with something more expensive, and gave us samples of all the colors we were considering to take home before we made a decision. We ended up with something just perfect, and in our price range! It may have been more expensive than laminate, but I would pay the extra again and again to get the service we received at Titan Granite! Mike was available for any questions we had, and was really communicative through the whole process. Denise was lovely to work with as far as scheduling the template and installation, and both the people who did the template and the installers were extremely thorough and helpful. We ended up with the perfect counters for our kitchen, and our experience was absolutely wonderful.

Titan Granite provided a great experience when choosing my countertop - they helped me in choosing the stone type, at first I was going to go with Quartz, but eventually chose Granite, they overly communicated with me on the process, and the installers Jason and Josh were very courteous and professional during the install. I would recommend them 10 our of 10 times when it comes to choosing your countertops.

Job went ok. There are several different folks involved. Initially, someone comes out to measure and provide estimate. After picking out granite, someone comes out to "template" job. On instillation day, 2 new folks came out to install. There were some minor issues with install as the installers had questions about the template. Also, be sure to carefully inspect your granite in the show room and before it's put in place. There were a couple of defects I didn't pick up on until it was put in place and I was told I was out of luck as far as having them corrected. Finally, I would elect to use your own plumber. They had a contractor available to reconnect the plumbing after the new sink and countertops where put in place. The hot water didn't work and the contractor told me it was a defective faucet (it was brand new). He stated once I got a new faucet to call him and he would connect it. He also stated he would have to charge me again, since it wasn't his fault the faucet was defective. I elected to then call my own plumber since I was going to have to pay again anyway. Turns out the faucet wasn't defective, just some debris in the line. This added an extra $175 to the price of the job. So, lesson learned, have a plumber you trust do the reconnect. No one ever did a followup call to check on satisfaction.
