SUPERIOR POOLS & SERVICE

We were told by the company owner that his company could find specific leaks in our underground pool filter lines, that they had special equipment that could locate the leak(s) to mimized the repair to a specific area. Superior Pool was not able to tell us with certainty where the leaks were just that we had a leak, which we already knew. We explained to the company that we were not satisfied and requested a refund. The owner of the company was very rude, used vulgarities and refused to refund the money.

They had a little difficulty in getting it scheduled because of the time of the year, but they keep their appointments. They communicated well and the work was done efficiently.

Dan (the owner of the company) was the actual person who did the work along with a couple of his workers. The work he did was great. There were other companies we contacted who wouldn't give us estimates or get back with us but Dan did. He was really good at renovating our pool and our pool was built in 1960. Dan is the type of contractor that every contractor should should be like. He always called and showed up on time. We now use Dan to open & close our pool. Where my husband used to do it himself, we now have Dan to do it for us. We would use him again.
