Description of Work: ESTIMATE ONLY TO REPAIR A 4 X 20 SECTION OF A RUBBER MEMBRANE ROOF, INCLUDING REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF ALL WET INSULATION AND PATCHING OF HOLES.
