We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom cabinets, which are beautiful, well-made, and functional. We have a pull-out wastebasket on each side of the vanity, a medicine cabinet that hides the electrical outlet, soft-close drawer slides, and tilt-out trays. Rich and Russ's attention to detail is evident throughout. For example, they adjusted the shelves in the cabinet over the toilet to fit exactly two, six roll packages of TP. All of our miscellaneous items have a place, and the bathroom is very well organized.
Rich and Russ are pleasant, trustworthy, and do a fantastic job!

Our newly remodeled kitchen is so beautiful that it could be featured in a magazine. Rich and his son, Russ, who work together, did an excellent job, completing the project in a reasonable amount of time, the only delay being caused by my changing the tile backsplash somewhere towards the end of the project. The above cost ($33,285.00) included construction and installation of hard maple cabinets, painted white and hand finished with a deep chocolate glaze that coordinates perfectly with our Zodiac (manufactured quartz) countertop (we kept the existing countertop and under-mount sink as they are only four years old). The stated amount did not include painting, new appliances, light fixtures, or tile for backsplash but did include granite, sink and faucet for wet bar, sensor faucet for kitchen, all installation and site prep: disposal of appliances including old refrigerator in basement, moving the previous kitchen refrigerator to basement, fixing plumbing to ice-maker, removing soffits and ceiling lights, arranging electric boxes to accept pendant lights and replacing drywall, re-sizing and re-installing countertop, sanding, staining and finishing oak flooring, setting tile backsplash, plumbing kitchen and wet bar sinks and faucets, re-working cabinet in wet bar to fit a wine refrigerator, installing pendant and under-cabinet lights, which are not only functional but also add a dramatic element to the kitchen. The new cabinets are unbelievably smooth, and the glaze gives them a lovely, nuanced look. The top cabinetry goes all the way to the ceiling ending in a 3-1/4" crown at the top and molding at the bottom to hide lights. Cabinet interiors are all wood with a maple veneer core. Hardware was included as were many custom extras: raised panel ends on all exposed areas, a three and two shelf lazy susan respectively in upper and lower corner cabinets, trash and recycling roll-out next to sink, tip-out trays in sink and range cabinet, adjustable shelving throughout, mail slots in desk area, full extension, under-mount, soft-close drawer slides, wood spice insert, peg and plate system, five white maple and formica-edged melamine shelves in pantry, which are very sturdy and easy to clean. Rich's subcontractors did a fantastic job. He, Russ, and the granite fabricator successfully removed the L-shaped sink and island top, recut seam and end to fit, and re-installed it, even though there was some chance that it might break. They also searched for and found a matching piece of Zodiac to fit the recipe desk. Furthermore, they installed the granite countertop in the wet bar in one piece so a seam was unnecessary, a nice touch. Rich's subcontractors did outstanding work. Our oak floor never looked better. The tile backsplash is perfect. The worksite was taped off as necessary to minimize dust, and everyone involved in the project left the worksite clean each day. Having a kitchen remodeled is disruptive and somewhat overwhelming, but Rich and Russ made the experience tolerable, if not pleasant. They were always thoughtful about our living situation, for example, leaving the wet bar sink in place as long as possible so I didn't have to wash dishes in the laundry room. I did not have to play phone tag with them, not one time. They followed our plan but made suggestions as necessary. These guys are trustworthy! We are so happy with the kitchen that we are having them do the master bath in a few months.
