AFTER GIVING THE OWNER MY NAME, ADDRESS, AND DESCRIPTION OF MY PROBLEM HE TOLD ME THAT HIS COMPANY PRIMARILY DEALT WITH COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES (OCCASIONALLY WORKING ON RESIDENTIAL) AND THAT HE AND HIS COMPANY WERE JUST TOO BUSY TO HANDLE THE WORK THAT I WAS WANTING TO HAVE DONE FOR MY BASEMENT. HE SAID THAT THE WORK, WITHOUT SEEING MY BASEMENT, WOULD COST AT LEAST $5,000 AND THAT I'D NEED TO PURCHASE A GOOD/BIG DEHUMIDIFICATION UNIT AND HAVE IT INSTALLED IN MY BASEMENT OR THE PROBLEM WOULD REOCCUR. I THOUGHT THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS UNSATISFACTORY.
Description of Work: THE SITUATION IS THAT I CALLED THIS COMPANY REGARDING MOLD/MILDEW REMOVAL FROM THE BASEMENT OF MY RESIDENCE.
