Went very well. A big job. Started around 8:00 a.m. Done by 1:30. Fast, professional, polite.

It was obvious from talking with Nick Ottinger that he is knowledgeable about trees.. I liked his recommendations for what limbs he thought needed removal. Despite the electric and phone wires being close, he and his crew did an excellent job of trimming the trees. I liked that he emailed me a copy of his insurance. I thought his price was a bit high but decided to go with him because 1) word-of -mouth of a friend's good experience with the company 2) when he came to give me an estimate, I felt he gave me an honest assessment of the condition of the different trees in my yard and what they needed to be healthier. i was pleased with the work they did.

Fantastic.

I was very pleased with the service of Ottiger Tree Service. They helped me cover my fish pond to keep the debris out. They removed all debris and chipped the smaller branches. They hauled off all limbs that were too big to go in the chipper.

they came out on the day of appointment and within an hour cut down the tree, ran it thru a chipped and cleaned up the area. i was amazed at how quick they were. great job.

arrived at scheduled time. removed branches and ran them thru a chipper. all limbs that would fit went thru the chipper and the large pieces were hauled off in a truck. they then cleaned the area. all that was left was the stump, which i contracted with another company to remove. very professional and if i need another tree removed, i would give them a call. great job.

It was a great experience. They did a really great job, the Pin Oak tree looks like a new tree, it is just beautiful.

The serviced provider stated that I would have to wait until after August when the sap started to go down. When I called in August, they put me on the list and were very prompt in getting to me. They were very polite to me. Everything about this experience was top notch.

This company is great. They answered telephone on first attempt, came our promptly for bid, and showed on the scheduled day and completed the job in one day. They cleaned up behind themselves and I can barely tell they were here. This is the third time I have used them and every time has been excellent. they are not the cheapest but sometimes you actually get what you pay for.

They were very professional from the time we met with them to review what we wanted to be done to the actual service. They were very flexible in responding to our needs once they were on site. Work was performed as expected and in the price range we discussed.

Ottiger removed a damaged tree near my house. the crew showed up with the right equipment, efficiently cut down the tree and removed the debris. Clean-up included clearing material that had blown into a neighbors yard. I would use them again.

He promptly came and gave an estimate. On the scheduled date, the service was prompt and professional. I asked for specific advice on maintaining the young trees, planting a new one, so forth. Nick was friendly and willing to take time to offer helpful information. All debris was quickly and thoroughly shredded. The yard was clean when the job was done. We are very pleased with the results and enjoyed working with Ottingers.

very professional, cleaned up the yard afterwards, including stuff that was really not from them. Clean, nice, honest people. Knowledgable, and care about trees! Won't make your tree look like an ice cream cone because they know how to trim trees!

From the start OJ is a professional and definitely caring about trees. He gave me an estimate and said they would come back to do the work later in the month. The tree has a lot of galls on it and he explained exactly how the galls got onto the tree. He told me to remove some lower limbs and showed me exactly which limbs he would remove. He is definitely a true arborist. He and his son came with their crew and did exactly what I had asked them to do. They cleaned up very well and got a lot of dead limbs out of my tree. They believe in trimming and not topping...I loved their philosophy. I used them to remove my bradford pear in the front. They are honest and a nice family run business. I will definitely use them again for my other trees in the back.

Every aspect of the experience was terrific. The owner and workers were pleasant, my call was returned promptly, the work was done quickly and efficiently, and the price, I thought, was very reasonable.

They were here exactly on time. They had 5 or 6 young guys that came out to do the work. They cleaned up absolutely wonderfully after themselves. They have a grinder to chop up all of the stuff that they cut down, however they do not take out stumps. They were all very competent, I can't say enough about them. They were not over priced. I've had them take down trees before, and they're excellent.
