Missouri Mortgage opened for business in August 2000 and has been at the same location in St. Louis County since inception. We take great pride in providing honesty to our clients by offering competitive rates and closing costs, unmatched by banks and credit unions. Throughout the process of your loan you will deal directly with me and my processor from start to finish. I’m available days, nights and weekends if it’s necessary to contact me for any reason. We don’t charge any upfront fees to be approved and we’re only compensated once your loan closes, whereas numerous banks and credit unions require an “application fee” to initiate the loan process.

We offer Mortgage loans which include Purchase, Refinance (rate & term or cash out), Construction Rehab and Reverse Mortgages. Financing provided through FHA, Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac Conventional Financing, Veterans Administration (VA) and USDA 100% Rural Development Purchase Loans.

We have refinanced our mortgage loan a couple of times with Missouri Mortgage and have been happy with their service or we would not have used them again. We closed on time each time and any questions or concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. At the start of each loan we were provided 3 different rates and the costs of each them, which helped us to make a more educated decision on which rate to go with.
