Well I have a problem with them that I'm having some issues with a product they installed that had a warranty and it appears the company has gone out of business I have not be able to contact, to reach anyone about this issue. Well it's not holding up like the way it should, it's chipping off. Until they disappeared very good at the time of the service excellent it's just now after the fact that seems like the business just closed that I'm gonna watch and see. I would love to get them out here to fix the job they did. No no no I would have them repair what they've already done I would not give them any new work

RESEALED 1100 SQ FT OF CONCRETE COVERIN POOL DECK, PATIO AND SIDEWALK TO GATE. THREW HANDFULLS OF SAND ON CONCRETE  AND THE APPLIED SEALER ON TOP OF SAND. MADE IT IMPOSSIBLETO WALK ON AND IN LESS THAN 6 MONTHS SAND BEGAN POPPING THREW SEAL LEAVING UNSIGHTLY AREAS NOW IN 80-100 DIFFERENT AREAS. IGNORED MY PLEAS FOR HELP AND ALSO IGNORED MY CONTACT WITH THE BBB.  GREG FISHER STATES THAT I  AM ANGRY AND NEGATIVE, LATER THAT I SEND A CREW AWAY AND THAT I SAID NEGATIVE THINGS ABOUT HIM PERSONALLY AND HIS COMPANY . MY REBUTTLE IS THAT I AM VERY UNHAPPY WIYH THE JOB HIS COMPANY DID , THAT MR. FISHER  HAS NOT EVEN SEEN THE CONDITION OF HIS REPAIR.  INSTEAD HE SAYS HIS JOB "STILL LOOKS GOOD" AND HE IS "DONE". THE  REPAIR  OF THE POOL COPING INVOLVED APPLYING CONCRETE TO THE UNDERSIDE  OF THE COPING IN ABOUT 12 DIFFERENT ARES .  ALL OF THE CONCRETE  APPLIED HAS FALLEN OFF. MR FISHER WAS INVITED TO COME AND LOOK AT THE COPING.  I LEFT ABOUT 10 PIECES OF THE FALLEN CONCRETE ON AN OVERTURNED TRASH BARREL AND HE CAME AND WHEN HE LEFT THE PIECES WERE GONE. MR FISHER CLAIMED FIRST THAT WATER HAD GOTTEN UNDER THE COPING AND WHEN IT FROZE THIS CAUSED THE FAILURE AND LATER THAT THE POOL WAS SINKING .  MY CONCLUSION IS THAT A 50 YEAR OLD POOL DOES NOT SUDDENLY START SINKING.
AT LEAST 15-20 FAMILY MEMBERS  AND FREINDS EXPERIENCED THE PAIN OF THE SAND WALKING ON THE DECK  AND  THE PAIN OF THE SAND ON TOP OF THE COPING WHILE CLIMBING OUY OF THE POOL.
I HAVE ABOUT 25 OHOTOS SHOWING THE CONDITION OF THE CONTRACTORS' REPAIR

Greg Fischer, company owner, personally gave the project bid and was onsite working throughout the process.  He allowed me to visit an "in process' job to help me decide the type of finish that I desired. Weather conditions were  very problematic during the job.   We had an unusual number of very rainy days, but on every dry day the crew worked long days to try and make up time.   Due to the rain, there was an area about 1 ft by 1 ft. where the product did not adhere properly.  Greg noticed the area immediately and came back to correct the situation promptly.

A Spraymark concrete overlay was applied to my driveway, front porch, and steps. I called them back immediately because of a discoloration stripe on the front porch and becuase the workers left a mess behind, with stains from their supplies all over the sidewalk. They came back immediately to clean up the mess and when they were there they saw some white spots on the driveway that shouldn't have been there. They pointed them out to me and said they would come back to fix it. They came back to try to fix the strip on the porch and the spots on the driveway. Apparently they did not communicate the problem to the workers very well and the workers did not tell me they were coming so also could not show them the issue. Instead of fixing two or three little white spots, I came home to find nearly 30 spots "fixed". Only their version of "fixing" these spots resulted in black spots that looked like oil stains all over the driveway. After numerous attempts at trying to get them back they did return to try to fix the issue again. This time they applied a tan color (closer to the color of the driveway) and resealed the spots, which is not what I was told they would do. Now you can still see these tan spots and the small sealed squares shine in the sun. I have tried numerous times to get them back again and I was told they would not return. The quality of the work is not good and their professionalism and communication leaves much to be desired.  I filed a complaint with the BBB which they failed to respond to.

We will not use MoCTI for any additional work at our home or business (both of which we are still looking to have completed with other vendors), nor will we recommend MoCTI to any friends/family that are looking to have similar services performed.

As a follow-up to an inquiry at the spring Home Show, a representative of MoCTI came out to the house to provide a quotation on the work we need to have completed.  He measured the area, performed a cursory visual inspection of the area, and provided a written estimate for the services.  Although he did not pull up the carpeting, we brought to his attention, the difference in the levels of the concrete.  The work was scheduled and a different representative of MoCTI arrived to start the project.  On removing the carpet, MoCTI was surprised by the extent of the settling difference between the slabs.  We discussed options on how to address the shifting; since the settling was observed at a joint (as opposed to a crack), the leveling solutions documented in the marketing materials were not appropriate.  We proposed a number of alternatives: grinding across the two slabs to make a smoother transition, filling the seam with concrete and re-cutting to make a new seam, etc.  All were rejected out of hand and we were advised that these were not included in the original contract, but "something would be done that we'd love".

On the next visit, the owner/president of MoCTI came out to personally work on the floor.   When he asked about the color we wanted, we again referenced the marketing photograph - which included a composite blend of finishes and a series of taped-off patterns to resemble slate segments.  He advised us that this wasn't quoted; the quote was for an unpatterned, single color application.  He did acknowledge that the original representative should have understood what we wanted (given the photo) and agreed to perform the work as we requested without modification to the quote.  However, this is where things started going awry.  He installed a base layer of (white) caulk in the seam.

The next visit (made by another MoCTI rep) was to apply the tape to make the pattern and apply the base layer of finish.  This was completed without incident.

Once the base layer was dry, the MoCTI owner/president came back out to apply the top coat of finish and seal.  After additional discussion on color combinations, he installed the top coat of application as directed.  However, he spilled the material on both our front porch (the work was being done in the back) and the exterior of the back patio.  These spills were not cleaned up.  Once the top coat was applied and the seams caulked, he applied the sealant.  Numerous areas around the edges of the porch were missed and some of the sealant was spilled just inside the back door which bubbled and formed a very noticeable hard patch.  The seams were still very uneven (worse now that they were no longer covered with carpet) and the caulk remained white, which we raised to MoCTI as inadequate for a final solution.  The area had to sit for 7 days and we were going out of town; we were advised to "let it grow on us; if we don't like it when we come back, we'll do something else".

On our return, we still didn't approve of the white caulk on the brown/red floor; we called MoCTI and advised them so.  It took several phone calls for the owner/president to finally respond to our calls.  He finally came back out and agreed to apply a different (brown) caulk in the seam.  This was accomplished, but in a very unprofessional manner.  The caulk is uneven (ranging from 1-3" wide and deep); in spots it is pooled and thick and generally unacceptable.  We often refer to it as the "river of poo".

Numerous individuals - including family, friends, neighbors, and other vendors that we've called in for remediation advice - have looked at the "finished" product and can't believe that MoCTI felt this was an acceptable job.  At no time did MoCTI suggest additional work to do it properly, even if that would have resulted in a change to the original scope; we would have considered additional dollars for a more acceptable solution.
