 + -1 moreIt is now the 25th of August and we still have not received our credit from Mattress Firm, we have called four times and have revisited the store; each time we are told that the credit will be completed in the next three days. I would not recommend this company.
Description of Work: We purchased a queen size box spring, mattress and bed frame on 8/5/2011, with the delivery date of 8/10/2011 between 10:00am and 1:00pm. The tenth came and we realized at 2:30pm that the mattress was not delivered; when we called they stated the mattress was not in and could not give us a new time. The sales person was not at all helpful and said he would call us back later when he had more information. We were moving on the 12th of August and wanted the mattress to be moved with out furniture. My husband went to the store around seven that evening, cancelled the order and went over to Mattress Giant to purchase another mattress; which was delivered the next day.
