I had the first service performed on my Generic whole-house generator in 2007. They were recommended by the manufacturer. I was informed that I would be entered in their computer and contacted for the next service. This service was a pleasant no hassle experience, the tech. was Troy Lucas. I received no contact from this company so I called them August 31, 2009. I contacted Luby and was transferred to a gentleman who informed me that I might be in the computer but do not have a contract with this company because HE is in charge of all the contracts. He further informed me that the cost of service had more than doubled, $338. I informed him that the service was necessary so send a tech. out. He told me that he would get the schedule person to give me a call. I have yet to receive a call from this company.
