We are very pleased with the result.  It's obvious that Frank takes pride in his company and his work.  The furniture looks like new. The top of the table is wood, this was removed from table base and also stripped, sanded, repainted, and sealed.  Frank said our furniture was in great condition (no rust, cracks, or damage) so no repairs were needed but if repairs are required there is no additional charge.  Frank installed new plastic feet inserts on chairs and provided touch up paint and coasters for table feet. Included in the above cost of service is a pick up and delivery charge of $125.00 which of course is not included if someone is able to transport the furniture to/from the shop on their own.

Excellent.

On 10-24-11 I called and described the work on the phone.  The man basically understood the furniture I was describing and gave me a ballpark price over the phone.  He said he had long experience with refinishing Woodard furniture.  I hired him.  He picked up the furniture within a few days.  He returned the furniture on about 11-9-11.  The furniture literally looks as good as new. I am the original owner so I know what it looked like new.   The man was friendly, polite, professional, prompt, delivered the service exactly as promised.

My initial call was made the end of October 2006 and it wasn't returned for a couple of weeks. When the owner returned my call he said he'd come by and give me an estimate soon. He also said it was a good time of year for me to have called as they are extremely busy in the summer. About 2-3 weeks later he came by but I wasn't home. He left a card but no written estimate. I called and he gave me a verbal price and I said go ahead (this was around $1,200). Shortly after Christmas Frank came and took all the wrought iron with him. It was a long painful process as he is terrible at returning calls and updating you on what is going on. About 3-4 months after taking away the wrought iron he told me that some of it was such a bad condition that he would have to make some replacement pieces. This changed the cost estimate. Several months went by before he returned more calls (my Husband finally called to get his attention). Frank said he was done and would be out to install soon. When he came to do this some pieces didn't fit because it had been so long that one of the walls shifted a bit. It was a couple more weeks before they were ready again. It was the end of September or first of October for final installation. From initial phone call to finished product it took 12 months!

THESE PEOPLE ARE WONDERFUL! GREAT JOB ON EVERYTHING THEY DO. PAINT JOB WILL PROBABLY LAST FOREVER. OWNER, FRANK IS GREAT. DELIVERED FINISHED ITEMS TO MY DOOR WITHOUT CHARGE (HE LIVES NEAR ME). BEWARE, THEY ARE VERY BUSY IN EARLY SUMMER. YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT SEVERAL MONTHS TO GET YOUR ITEMS DONE. BUT TRULY WORTH THE WAIT. THEY ALSO DIDN'T RETURN MESSAGES LEFT CONCERNING THE STATUS OF THE WORK. BUT REST ASSURED, THEY ARE WORKING HARD TO GET YOUR ITEMS DONE. ALSO, THE PRICE OF WORK SEEMS VERY REASONABLE.

THE PREVIOUS OWNERS OF OUR HOUSE HAD LEFT A SET OF WROUGHT IRON PATIO FURNITURE: BENCH, THREE CHAIRS, AND COFFEE TABLE WITH GLASS TOP. THE FURNITURE WAS RUSTED, OLD PAINT PEELING, AND SCREWS MISSING. LIBERTY SANDBLASTING PICKED IT UP, PUT IT THROUGH THEIR FIVE REFINISHING STAGE PROCESS AND IT LOOKS LIKE BRAND NEW! THE COST INCLUDED A SMALL PICK UP AND DELIVERY CHARGE. THEY WERE POLITE AND RETURNED THE FURNITURE ON TIME.
