I HIGHLY recommend JSM Flooring. We found JSM by reading all of the great reviews on HomeAdvisor - they steered us right. We installed pre-finished Hickory on the entire main level, upstairs hallway and two sets of stairs were rebuilt with Hickory treads. The craftmanship was flawless, and it looks amazing. Joe was really great to work with. He maintained a very high level of communication and helped recommend some subtle improvements to the job. He also told what pieces of the job he would not, could should not do (new stairway railings), but helped partner with another contractor. He was a pleasure to have working in our house. Thanks, JSM, we love our new floors.

Had our entire main floor refinished. Kitchen, master, living room, dining room, 1/2 bath. Big job. The bid was reasonable and he stuck to budget. Sand, new stain, filler repair and leveling, then 3 coats of poly. Joe was awesome. His crew was great. Very knowledgeable. You can tell he cares a lot about his work. The floor was pretty rough before he started and it looks perfect when he finished. Would highly recommend.

This flooring pro is very detail-oriented and does a great job, His equipment gets into the edges. And it leaves very little dust behind, which he cleans up.

Two brothers did the complete job of refinishing our old wood floors throughout the main floor. They were very efficient and kept the job cleaned up as much as possible the entire time. The floor looks great!

He is very prompt and professional in the way he runs his business. He gave me good advice about using an oil base polyurethane. He did not rush the job or the dry time. He was not the lowest bid, but you get what you pay for!
