They are very honest. They are thorough but don't sell services I do not need. I had previously gone to a different repair shop that had quoted additional work on my car. I sought a second opinion from Jim Butler and they said none of the work needed to be done. Jim Butler is also competitive on their prices.

They were really good. They did everything correctly and quickly. I would tell them they were efficient. They're open until seven in the evening. They did an oil change for me without an appointment and they're open on Saturdays. I was sitting there and they always have coffee. I've been seeing them for five years and they know me. They're good on pricing. They always provide me with cars when I had problems which would take longer. I'm really happy with that part of it too. They added some receptionists and the people why actually you're there...manager car person. They're usually four and now they're five or six to be more efficient. They move everything in and out. They provided all the maintenance and they're taken care of me. They're very nice. They also answer all my questions.

It is very professional, clean and quick to get in and out of there. They are very professional as far as how they treat their customers. They have courtesy shuttle to take us to work. The price is worth it though we can find some place for a little less.

We'd seen a car advertised on Autotrader and went in to Jim Butler Chevrolet to take a look. We called ahead, and the salesman who answered the phone told us how a lot of people had been looking at that car and remarked how great the price was. I thought, and quot;Let the games begin.and quot; Anyway, he said he would have it waiting for us to test drive. When we arrived, the car was still on the lot, blocked in by other cars, and the salesman was with another customer. I didn't really see him as our salesman since all he did was answer the phone, but I decided it would be polite to wait. After a long wait, I asked someone else to bring the car up for us. We could see from the window that it wouldn't start, and we watched while the young man who was taking care of us gave it a jump start. He said it only needed a jump because it had been sitting there so long without being started (so much for lots of people looking at it). We asked to take it for a test drive even though the salesman we were waiting for was still nowhere to be seen and this young man who had been taking care of the car didn't think it would be right to take over. The minute we had the keys, the salesman appeared. We took it for a drive and thought that if they replaced the battery and negotiated a better price, we would take the car. The negotiation process was an irritating game; they made us wait exactly 15 minutes between each offer, and he couldn't stress enough how hard he was fighting for us, but we knew the fair value of the car, and that's what we wanted to pay. When we got tired of the game and got up to leave, they gave us our price, but by then they had wasted so much of our time, that we couldn't stay any longer. When we got home, we found the same car listed at a higher price in a color that was more appealing to our daughter. We made an appointment to see it the next day, very quickly negotiated the desired price and bought it on the spot. If you have the time and the stomach for the stereotypical games that used car salesmen play then this is an okay place, with nice cars and a huge selection, but you just can't help feeling that they're going to take advantage of you in any way they can.

- Sales and finance went above and beyond normal efforts to get me the GM financing I needed on the vehicle.
- Third vehicle I had purchased from them in as many years. Will definately continue to go to them for
future vehicle purchases.
- Service department is opened during hours that are convenient with my schedule
- Appointments are made easily through their website
- Follow-up after the service is prompt, and is usually followed by GM survey
- Service visit comes with coupon for free car wash
