+ -1 moreDan arrived on time and throughly completed the inspection. He answered all my questions and helped me understand each item of concern. The follow-up report with pictures, helped me identify the areas that needed to be corrected before I could move in. I was very impressed with his professionalism.
Description of Work: Inspections Complete was hired by my real estate company to inspect the house that I'm purchasing. Dan did an excellent job of throughly checking all areas of the house. He explained to me his concern with each area that could be a potential problem. I also received a detailed report, complete with pictures of the areas of concern. I appreciated the code he used to assist me in prioritizing the items that needed to be addressed. Dan was very professional and made me feel comfortable enough to ask any questions I had, even if they seemed dumb. I would highly recommend Dan and his company to anyone.
