Grace Exteriors claims to be a deck specialist; they are anything but. My project is a large, multi-level deck, and it was clearly beyond their ability to perform. They have no deck designer or project manager, so after the sale there is no one to manage the project. The sales guy tries to do so but he’s busy making new calls. Furthermore, they don’t use any deck design software, so viewing an elevation in perspective was impossible. Instead, I was given a pencil drawing on brown craft paper and expected to give my approval from that. The result has been that they started the project over a year ago and it is still not complete.

Company was very easy to work with. Returned calls promptly and kept me informed every step of the way. The windows are good quality and fairly priced. I would definitely use Grace Exteriors again.

Our Experience with Grace Exterior LLC was exceptional. Mike called several days prior to the work start date explaining details of the job. They were on time kept a clean and tidy work area and we’re very nice. Mike was on the job site making sure that everything was going smoothly. The siding repair and replacement went great. We couldn’t be happier with their work and professionalism. I had a follow up phone call confirming that we were satisfied and if we had any additional questions. We will use them again for any home needs that arise.
